Perfetti Van Melle is one of the world’s biggest names in confectionery and chewing gum. For them, we put together a two-day strategic kick-off for 120 people. Work when it mattered, an overnight stay to keep the group close, and a Hollywood or 80’s themed evening party to blow off some steam at the end of the day.
For their Brand Festival, Perfetti Van Melle wanted a day that helped everyone see the brands the same way. We set up a simple rotation: teams moving from session to session, learning how each brand stands, speaks, and behaves. We provided lunch in the middle to slow things down and performances at the end to let things land.
